The Fugro Norway companies have developed a QHSE management system based on the international standard ISO 9001, and the guidelines from the International Association of Geophysical Contractors (IAGC) and the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (OGP). The QHSE Management System consists of four levels of documentation.
These are:

Level 1 comprises the QHSE Management System manuals
Level 2 is a series of Administrative, Technical and HSE procedures
Level 3 is a series of general and site specific work instructions
Level 4 comprises records, forms and other documents to support the system

Note that not all documents apply for all the companies.

The official written language in the companies is English and all QHSE documentation is provided accordingly. In addition, a Russian translation of the QHSE documentation is supplied to the vessels where Russian-speaking personnel are employed.
