STATEMENT OF POLICY
It is the Policy of FUGRO-GEOTEAM AS, FUGRO SURVEY AS, FUGRO MULTICLIENT SERVICES AS and FUGRO-GEOTECHNICS AS, hereafter referred to as the Companies, to manage their business and provide services to the highest standards of quality, commensurate with the requirements of fitness for the purpose of ensuring total client satisfaction. This shall be achieved through the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), based on the Norwegian Standard NS-EN ISO 9001 (derived from EN ISO 9001:2000).
QUALITY PROGRAMME
A QA/HSE Manager for the Companies has been appointed.
The Companies' Quality Management System comprises this Quality Assurance (QA) Manual, QA Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Records and associated forms.
The Companies shall make provisions to:
- ensure that all personnel understand their specific responsibilities for quality;
- maintain necessary knowledge of QA standards, legislation, Codes of Practice and other technical and guidance material relating to its activities, and to ensure that this information is made available within the companies;
- ensure that the customers’ requirements are fully understood and met;
- provide employees with training in the Quality Management System;
- ensure that all managers and supervisors actively monitor the effectiveness of this Policy and to provide a regular forum for discussion;
- require suppliers to have Quality Management System relevant to their activities and to require them to comply with QA conditions specified in their contract.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The Companies' Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) and all associated procedures shall be adhered to at all time.
