The Fugro Academy is an internal learning and development organisation created in 2006 to support corporate and divisional initiatives relating to training of Fugro employees.
The Fugro Academy provides a range of courses for Fugro staff at all levels. Courses range from induction modules, to technical / professional training and through to management development. Courses are delivered by either Fugro trainers or external providers.
A blended learning approach means that courses may be traditional instructor-led training, online e-learning or virtual classroom sessions. Some programmes combined elements of all three delivery methods.
